Apple recently refreshed its line of iPhones for 2019, by announcing the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 pro and iPhone 11 pro max. These phones start at $699, $999 and $1099 respectively. The new iPhones picked up a fresh palette of colour, longer battery life and improved water resistance. Although these new iPhones have a set of different colours, they look ridiculously similar to the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR.

The two and three cameras that Apple has placed on their iPhone 11 & 11 Pro is one of the biggest risks they’ve taken due to their different “square” look. These iPhones also have an A13  Bionic Chip, which promises faster performance. They also are supposed to have faster face unlocking and Wi-Fi 6 support. But leaving aside all the bread-and-butter features, Apple is relying on the big camera and small refinements. Since iPhone sales have dropped by 12% and people are ditching their iPhones for Android phones, Apple needs something unique. Something different to keep the customers coming and be interested in Apple. Hence, they have also comparatively reduced their prices, which has attracted a larger audience.

Although Apple has bettered some features from their previous models iPhone Xs, iPhone  XR and iPhone XS Max, like the front camera went from 7 megapixel to 12 megapixel. But, there is no 5G (it  is expected to come in 2020) carrier available in any of the new iPhones. Apple also held back on many rumoured features like these new iPhone 11s being compatible with the apple pencil. But Apple is going to continue selling iPhone 8 and iPhone XR at $449  and $599 respectively. So if you’ve always wanted something really incomparable, these new iPhone models are for you! Although I personally was not a huge fan of these new models due to the multiple cameras. They just didn’t look very sophisticated and top-notch. The only thing new about this iPhone, is the fact that it is new.
