Everyone wants a good diet, one best for each of us. There is a lot of argument on which diet is the right diet, we have so many diets to choose from, which one is the right one? There is Vegan, Paleo, Kito, no carb, no gluten, vegetarian, full on meat and several more. Humans are only one specie there should be one correct diet right? I believe that is not true, over time I have come to a self-conclusion that we all originate from different areas of the globe and our traditional diets are built from what was available in that area and over years that food became best suited for people from that place.
That is why many east Asian countries, for example, have a lot of seafood in their diet because the countries are surrounded with water and the only main available thing was seafood, that’s why over time that has become best for their bodies their bodies have evolved and grown to survive best in those food conditions. The place landscape and what was available in different places all contributed to their traditional diets and what diet is best for them today, like them. But even then all bodies react to foods differently, and some people to know what food is best for them to have done small self-experiments by testing their blood sugar etc after eating to determine the food best for them. Because there is no one correct diet for all humans but there is a diet that is best for you.
